Arturo's restaurants specialize in chicken and desserts
 Arturo's is a quick service restaurant featuring great tasting chicken, salads, desserts and home made ice cream at an affordable price. The menu is designed to provide both a "complete in store meal" as well as take out convenience.
Arturo's prides itself on its high quality architecture and interior environment. High standards of hygienic control are adhered to so that a fresh, clean environment is provided for the customers. For that reason, there are strict guidelines concerning the way in which food is prepared, presented, and care is taken so that the general restaurant appearance is immaculate.
Customers choose from a variety of items presented on bright, attractive menu boards. The cashier, who operates the register at a cash island separate from the food counter, takes the order. The customer then waits for a short time in one of the line-ups in front of the food counter until the order is processed and ready.
Drive-thru service is available in some cases, where customers can order their selections from a large, easy to read menu placed outside the service booth and simply place their order through a speaker system connected to the service booth within the restaurant. They are then told the price to be paid for their order. The customers drive a short distance to the window to pay, and to receive their order.
Children's Services
As children and families are very important customers of Arturo's, there are several services available to make the eating experience at Arturo's enjoyable for them. "Kid friendly" play parks are installed at a number of full service restaurants so that children can interact and have fun. Hostesses supervise the park, to make sure that there is no over-crowding and that there are no problems. Hostesses also from time to time, lead face-painting activities for the children.
Arturo's offers special “kids” meals. The "Chamo Pack" features a choice of one or two legs or medallions, plus fries and a drink. And there is always a special treat for our junior clients. Birthday parties can also be planned at Arturo's. A time is reserved at the restaurant, and Arturo's supplies the food, the decorations and activities under the care of Arturo's hostesses.
